Facility Rental at Cascades Humane Society
The Cascades Humane Society offers a versatile community room that can be rented for various events and gatherings. Whether you’re planning a meeting, hosting a workshop, celebrating a special occasion, or organizing a fundraiser, our space provides a welcoming and convenient setting. The room is equipped with tables, chairs, and other amenities to suit your needs. Rental is charged at an affordable rate of $100 per hour, and by choosing our venue, you’ll not only have a great space but also support our mission of helping animals in need.

- Parties can include up to 18 children maximum, which includes anyone under the age of 18. all siblings of the birthday child and guests must be included in the total count.
- Adults are limited to 10 total. Please be mindful of our capacity limits; we may charge an additional fee for parties with more than 18 children and/or 10 adults.

- Two-hour use of the Community Room at CHS.
- 40-45 minutes of time for you to serve food, drinks, play games etc.
- Educational presentation with adoptable animals.
- Shelter tour
- Two age-appropriate activities to help the animals in our shelter.
- Tables with chairs for up to 18 child guests.
- Use of a sink, refrigerator and counter space.
- Special gift for the birthday child.
Birthday Party Goodies
- The Birthday Celebrant will receive a CHS t-shirt!
- In addition, each Birthday Celebrant is gifted with the unforgettable opportunity to name one of our shelter’s future homeless animals who will be seeking adoption into a loving family! Although the Birthday Celebrant will not be able to personally meet the animal they name that day, once an animal is given their selected name and email will be sent that will include a phot of the animal that was given their chosen name. What a great way to celebrate a birthday!
Sample Party Schedule
| 30 minutes | Guests arrive, learn about CHS and visit with adoptable animals. |
| 15 minutes | Guests will make treats for our animals! |
| 30 minutes | Shelter tour and passing out the treats to the animals. |
| 45 minutes | Time to celebrate with your family and friends. You can bring food, drinks, cake, ice cream, play games etc. |
