Santa Paws is Coming to Town!
Get your pet’s picture taken with Santa!
Santa Paws is a wonderful way to have your fur family’s photo taken with Santa while supporting Cascades Humane Society. For a $15 non-refundable donation, you can bring in your pets, sit with Santa, and receive one 5×7 print. Additional prints, ornaments, gifts, and holiday cards, professionally printed by Picture This…Jackson, are available to order as well.
Staying Safe
CHS is committed to providing a safe environment for our staff, volunteers, and visitors. We (including Santa himself) will be wearing a mask or face covering, and we thank you for doing the same. We ask that you fill out a COVID screening form when you arrive, and that you call to either reschedule or send a friend in with your pet should you not be feeling well. We have decreased the number of available appointment times in an effort to provide ample space inside our Community Room for social distancing. We will be cleaning and sanitizing frequently with hospital-grade disinfectant. We are also asking that samples on display not be handled.
For the safety of Santa and our patrons, Santa will only pose with pets this year. If families would like a photo with their pets using the backdrop we have up, Santa will take a quick break for you to do so.

All guests are expected to wear a mask, as are staff and volunteers. We are spacing appointments out to one every 15 minutes.

We at CHS appreciate your support of us and the events that we offer. 2020 has been a difficult year for us as a nonprofit that doesn’t receive government funding or funding from national humane organizations. Any donation, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated. We also appreciate in-kind gifts such as pet food, litter, and cleaning products such as laundry detergent. Your gift is 100% tax-deductible and goes a long way toward providing care for more than 1,400 animals who find themselves homeless, alone, and in our shelter each and every year.

Cancellations
We are happy to help reschedule an appointment that cannot be made. To make a change to your appointment, please call the Santa Paws Hotline at 517-787-7387 ext. 116. The $15 donation to book your appointment, which includes one 5×7 print, is non-refundable.
